Planning an event means juggling a lot of moving parts — and rentals are one of the most time-consuming pieces of the puzzle. Host a Toast offers event rental management and sourcing services so you don't have to wonder if you've forgotten something on event day.
We offer several levels of service to choose from:
HaT Inventory & Servicewares
Host a Toast maintains a curated inventory of servicewares that help our team execute any style of service. Items such as assorted platters, passing trays, and tableside water kits are available in conjunction with our staffing services. We also offer a streamlined selection of disposable options.
HaT Rental Sourcing & Delivery
For items outside of our inventory, we source rental needs from trusted rental companies, manage all communication, process payments, and transport everything to and from your event. Items we regularly source include plates, flatware, glassware, barware, linens, napkins, and servicewares like chafing dishes, platters, and serving utensils.
Client Provided Rental Consultation
Already have your rentals ordered? We'll review everything to make sure nothing is missing and manage all drop-off rental items on-site throughout your event so nothing is left unattended.
On-Site Rental Management
No matter which level of service you choose, a Host a Toast team member will always be on-site managing your rentals from setup through breakdown.
Host a Toast proudly serves Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the Twin Cities south metro — including St. Louis Park, Edina, Minnetonka, Excelsior, Eden Prairie, Chaska, and Bloomington. We also travel throughout greater Minnesota and western Wisconsin for events within approximately 1.5 hours of the Twin Cities.
