Host a Toast provides full-service hosted bar service for private events throughout the Twin Cities. Our bar service is designed for clients who are providing their own alcohol and want a professional, fully equipped bar setup handled from start to finish.

We offer several bar and beverage packages to suit your event — whether you're looking for a simple bar setup, a full non-alcoholic beverage station, or a complete bar experience with mixers, garnishes, and glassware. A custom beverage consultation is included with every package, so you'll know exactly how much alcohol to purchase for your guest count.
Our bar service includes equipment like coolers, ice, beverage tubs, bar tools, recyclable drinkware, beverage napkins, and a water dispenser. Optional add-ons include real glassware rental, a portable bar rental, iced tea and lemonade service, and Total Wine pickup and delivery.
For couples and hosts who want something special, we also offer specialty cocktail service — including custom mixers and garnishes for up to two signature drinks.

Our bartenders are certified professionals who prioritize guest safety and a seamless bar experience. HaT provides hosted bar service only — all alcohol is provided by the client.
Host a Toast proudly serves Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the Twin Cities south metro — including St. Louis Park, Edina, Minnetonka, Excelsior, Eden Prairie, Chaska, and Bloomington. We also travel throughout greater Minnesota and western Wisconsin for events within approximately 1.5 hours of the Twin Cities.
